Provides information in regards to Marriage Education in accordance with Government Regulations. - Will arrive no later than 30 mins before your ceremony
It takes an average of 14 hours of work per ceremony:
- Initial consultations, preparing and checking NOIM, Statutory Declarations and Legal Documents.
- scheduling, emails, phone calls
assisting with vows and reading choices - ceremony preparation, proof-reads, approvals, updates, modifications, last minute changes
- Preparing Marriage Certificates
- travel time plus mileage to and from meetings, rehearsals and wedding venue
- paperwork, and lodging Marriage Certificate with Registrar of Births, Deaths, Marriages (BDM)
- Officiating rehearsal and ceremony

There are only two aspects of your ceremony that must be adhered to for your wedding to be legal.
All other wording , reading, music/songs, rituals, involvement of family and friends can be included in the ceremoYour ceremony is only limited by your imagination.

An example of a traditional program includes:
- Processional/Entry
- Welcome and Introduction by celebrant to family and friends
- Giving Away
- Introduction by Celebrant
- Reading
- Monitum - From the Marriage Act and said by the Celebrant and repeated by the couple. (must be in ceremony, wording cannot be changed)
- Declaration of Intention to Marry - often called the 'Declaration of Marriage' which is a public declaration (must be in ceremony, wording cannot be changed)
- Vows - lots of examples can be found on the internet
- Ring Ceremony
- Other Rituals and Ceremonies - A variety of cultural and ritual ceremonies can be included. There are lots of examples on the internet
- Conclusion - A short conclusion is said by the Celebrant.
- Declaration of Marriage - The Celebrant pronounces the couple 'Husband and Wife'.
- Signing of the Marriage Register - The couple and their two witnesses sign the Marriage Register and Marriage Certificate
- Congratulations and Presentation to family and friends.
- Recessional/Exit

- Up to 3 face to face meetings
- Poems, readings and other ideas to make your ceremony individual

- A rehearsal at a venue of choice
- My attendance at the ceremony no later than 30min before ceremony
Performing the ceremony - PA system for the comfort of your guests andsigning table
- Completion and lodgement of all paperwork
- Storage of documentation in locked filing cabinet
- Complimentary presentation folder with a copy of your ceremony and certificate
- Travel covering 60kms return from Parramatta
Registry Style Ceremony Package Includes:
- for ceremonies with less than 10 people
- Up to two Face to face meetings – signing of NOIM and Ceremony
- Individually crafted Order of Service –vows and legal wording
- Email support
- Completion and lodgement of legal documentation with BDM
- Complimentary presentation folder with a copy of your ceremony and commemorative marriage certificate
- Travel costs within 60kms of Parramatta return
Additional Costs:
Travel over 60kms return from Parramatta at the ATO rate of travel
Any expenses in regards to extra rituals and ceremonies
Other meetings or rehearsal
Official Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages
Any fees in respect to Interpreters
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee must be paid on signing of the Notice of Intention Marriage form or at the signing
of the statement of fees and booking form whichever is first. This booking fee is deducted from the cost of the
ceremony.
The balance of monies owing will be required no later than 7 days before the ceremony either by cash or direct debit.
Refund Policy
Postponement by couple -
- As the Notice of Intention to Marry is active for 18 months so the deposit can be held over to new date.
- The Couple will be responsible for all other costs involved with postponement including ceremony venue.
Cancellation by couple
- In the event of cancellation of the ceremony no later than 14 days prior to the ceremony any funds, minus the
deposit (to cover for expense) paid by the couple will be refunded in full.
- In the event of cancellation of the ceremony within 14 days of the ceremony date, refund of fees paid by couple
(except the deposit), will be at the discretion of the celebrant depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation by celebrant
- In the event that I am unable to attend a ceremony 100% of funds paid by the couple will be refunded, including
the deposit.
